Please note: Only cameras purchased within the last year are eligible for warranty extensions. Warranty starts from date of purchase.

Warranty coverage may be extended based on your region. Brinno warrants the product for a minimum of one year from the original purchase date against defects in material and workmanship.

Please retain the dated sales receipt/invoice as evidence of the date of purchase.

Under this warranty, Brinno will either:

1. Repair the product with new or refurbished parts
2. Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit

In the event of a defect, these are your exclusive remedies.

No returns or repairs accepted without Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

To keep this warranty valid:

1. Product must be handled as prescribed.
2. Any tampering or self-repair voids the warranty.
3. No coverage for damage due to misuse, accident, or negligence.

This Limited Warranty is available only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Warranty is governed by the laws of the country of purchase.

WARRANTY & REPAIR/REPLACEMENT

One (1) Year warranty for Brinno hardware units and Two (2) professional lenses with official serial numbers.

Instructions:

1. Deliver the product with proof of warranty
2. Specification of defects
3. Transportation prepaid
4. Send in original packaging or similar protective packaging

Warnings:

1. Improper packaging may void the warranty.
2. Back up your data before service.

Exclusions and Limitations:

1. Software, operating system, and third-party software
2. Product upgrades
3. Batteries, battery leakage, Micro SD cards, Pen Drives
4. Non-Brinno branded products/accessories
5. Consumables without official serial numbers
6. Damage from non-Brinno accessories
7. Service by unauthorized persons
8. Claims from improper use or unauthorized modification
9. Damage from external causes
10. Products with altered/removed serial numbers
11. Unpaid product claims
12. Cosmetic damage and normal wear

Brinno reserves the right for final judgment in disputes.

Warranty for Refurbished Units: Warranty continues for the remainder of original warranty or one year, whichever is longer.

Labor: One year from purchase, covering repair/replacement of defective product.

Parts: One year from purchase, covering defective part replacement.

Warranty covers only defects from ordinary consumer use.

NON-WARRANTY AND REPAIR

Flat rate repair estimate for out-of-warranty products. Work starts after your approval.

Unclaimed products will be discarded after 90 days.

Tourist Limited Warranty (TLW)

Offered when purchasing Brinno products outside your residence country.

One year warranty covers labor and parts for defects under ordinary use.

LIMITATION ON DAMAGES:

Brinno is not liable for incidental/consequential damages. Implied warranties limited to this warranty period.
